The child I was supposed to test yesterday did not show up,. so I got my speech materials together for the child I will be seeing today and I did some more lesson plans.
Today I will have my morning class and then I will change out the toys/puzzles/books in the room and go see my speech child. I planned a lot again. It seems I never plan enough for speech. I have a meeting tomorrow after class, so that is why I am changing out the toys today. It will take all afternoon.
Joshua is doing fine. He has been working on learning boyscout things this week and working on his spelling words and reading his poem.
I am so excited about the 3 day weekend coming up. The weather is supposed to be gorgeous. Have a nice day!!

I was able to get out of the meeting yesterday, so I stayed at the pre-school and got more lesson plans finished. I have my plans completed to mid October now, so I am happy with that. I can add here and there to keep up.
I will be testing a child today and then getting my speech materials together for my child Thursday. I typed up my September Newsletter yesterday also. I have one child that will need a copy of it today. He will not be back at school until next week and we have the holiday off, so I want everyone to have the newsletter before the weekend.
It has been cool here this week, in the 70’s and low 80’s. I love it. I didn’t want to come in from recess yesterday.
Joshua watched Duets last night. Did anyone else watch it? I was actually playing in Whuddle World last night while he was watching that…see yesterday’s post to read about it.

Today is Miss Cyndi’s Birthday. I am not sure how much I will get to see her today. I have to go to a meeting.
Joshua had a really good time at Boy Scouts last night. I think Karl is really excited about it too.
I got a most of the cleaning done last night. Maybe this evening I can get my clothes laid out for the rest of the week. It really has me thrown off being sick over the weekend.
I am crazy, but I have been playing in this place called WhuddleWorld. You can create your own Wuddle and buy it clothes and shoes with wuddle beans you earn by being a member. I am new, so I am not sure what else you can
do, but you can also join clubs and meet people. There are a few people from the country graphics community in there that I know of. You also create a friend list like at MySpace. Anyway, if you want to check it out click here:

It was nice being able to catch up on reading blogs over the weekend. I was happy to see how you were all doing.
Tonight Joshua has Cub Scouts. I am not sure if I will go. Karl will be going with him and since I was sick all weekend, the housework has not been done. I might try to get some of that done instead.
It is back to school and work for Joshua and me. I have a kind of busy week planned already, so that will make the time go fast. It will be a 3 day weekend once the weekend comes because of Labor Day, so that will be something to look forward to also.
I better get my week started. I did not sleep well last night because I was so tired yesterday and slept so much then. I hope I sleep good tonight. Have a great day!!

The baseball game was a lot of fun last night. I was not feeling very well yesterday, but I went to the game anyway. We won, so that is good.
I am still not feeling very well today. I have a stomach ache. We did not go to church and I stayed in bed and slept for a while, I got back up and went right back to bed. I just felt so tired. I am a little better now. I am going to try and blog.

I do not know, just a day when Joshua was younger…maybe 1 or 2 years old. I would love to be able to watch him at that age again.

My mom and dad are coming up soon to pick up Joshua and they are taking him out for lunch and also for some ice-cream. He will have a good time.
Tonight we are going to a baseball game…Springfield Cardinals. That is the Double A team for St. Louis. I hope they win and I hope it does not rain.
Last night we went to the mall and then to eat at Applebee’s. It was a nice night out for us. Then we came home and watched some tv and relaxed.

I had fun yesterday doing speech with my speech child. It was the weirdest thing. I would normally be so nervous to do something new like that, but I was so excited and I had a great time. I see my student for an hour, so I have to take a lot of things for us to keep busy with. We did fine though.
Today I have my morning class and then I will be testing another child after I have lunch. The day should actually go by pretty quickly. This week has gone fast for me. I am excited it is the weekend, but the week went so fast, it doesn’t seem like it should be time for the weekend yet.
Joshua is still doing great in school. He has a spelling test today. We have been working on his words at night all week. I hope he does good. I will try to visit tonight. Have a great day!!
