Our sewer is backing up, so we have a person coming out later to fix it. What a pain. They are supposed to be here between 12-2PM. I hope they can fix it with no problems.
Today we have Karl’s company picnic. It is this afternoon from 4-8PM. It will be a lot of fun. They are having jumpers for the kids and a dunking tank with the boss in it. They are having BBQ from a wonderful restaurant here as well as Kettle Corn all day long. I am sure we will all have a really good time.

Friday is here!! Today I just have my morning class and then I have the afternoon to do whatever needs to be done. Today I plan to look for more Fall decorations and see what else we have as far as that kind of stuff goes. I also need to clean our snack cabinet and update some files. I may get to some lesson plans, but if not, it will not be a big deal. Today will be a fun day. Have a great day!!

Joshua has today off from Terra Nova testing…they are taking today off and will finish the last section of testing on Friday.
We do not watch any shows tonight, but I will be doing laundry and that keeps me busy. Have a nice day!!
It was fun having Miss Adriane with us yesterday. The day was kind of crazy though. It was one of those days. I tried to be so organized and everything was still crazy. There are just days like that and I was glad when it was over. The evening was fine and we enjoyed our shows. We watched Gilmore Girls and House…which we taped. Tonight I watch Bones and Jericho. It has warmed back up here in Missouri for a few days. I am kind of glad. It has been really cool.
I am loving the Terra Nova testing for Joshua. He hasn’t had as much homework. I do not like coming home and having to spend so much time helping him do homework every night. I do not mind a little, but when we are still doing homework after an hour, that is a bit excessive for a 2nd grader in my opinion. He had 3 tests last week and they are testing everyday this week. Those poor kids.
Miss Adriane will be at the pre-school today for speech, so that will be fun.
Tonight is a busy tv night for us. We will be watching several shows and taping some to watch later. I better get to work. Have a great day!!
I got a cordless mouse and keyboard for my computer yesterday. I could not get them to work this morning. I did not really like the mouse, but I love the keyboard. I put my old mouse back and I have the new keyboard working now. I love it. I did not get all of my clothes out for the week, so I need to do that todaynow that I am home from work. I will have to get the ironing done too.
Today we had 3 more new kids. I love new kids. The classes are getting to be a more normal size now. They have been really small up until now. I like having several kids there so they can all play together.
Well, I better get going. Joshua has Cub Scouts tonight. He also has Terra Nova testing all week. Have a nice weekl!!
I finally got my blog re-decorated for Fall, can you believe it? There is just not enough time in the day for me. These are such pretty graphics by Ronnie. She does beautiful work.
I went shopping yesterday for some Fall clothes to wear to work. They are cute. I got some thin sweaters and a cami. I was hoping to find some more things, but this will have to do for now.
Today we are off to church, then we will relax and watch some tv for a while. Then I have to do laundry and clean house. Have a great day!!
