The weather is crazy this week. We had 60’s on Sunday and Monday. It was 64 on Tuesday and dropped to the 20’s in a couple of hours the same day. I took the kids out for recess that morning as soon as they got there. It felt so good. Then Wednesday it was 40’s, but felt like 30’s. The wind has been awful. Today we are getting snow. I can handle that. If it is going to be cold, I want some snow to play in. We are out of school today. They say we will get several inches. We shall see. Mandy is outside playing in the snow right now. It is coming down pretty good and it is so pretty! I love to watch snow fall. It is so peaceful.
I had my night class last night. It is an enjoyable class and not stressful. I do have some reading I need to do for that class though. Maybe I will do that today. I will try to blog, but my computer is kind of messed up, when I close a webpage, it closes my browser. If I can figure out a way to blog without closing browsers, I will be by to visit, but it may be too much of a hassle. The computer is saying that our virus software is corrupted, so we tried to uninstall it, but it will not uninstall completely. I guess the corrupted part will not come off and it is what is causing my computer to act up.
My house could be straightened up too. Maybe I will do that. I doubt it though. Have a great day!!

We have church this morning and then I have a ton of housework to do. I will not get it done because we have LifeGroups tonight, our Sunday school class. It goes on forever and ever. It starts at 6PM and gets over at 9PM. I do not think they were set up to be so long, but ours is. It is also supposed to be warm today, in the 60’s, so that will be nice. It is supposed to be nice again tomorrow too. have a nice day!!

Last question…Overall, do you think we’re better off for having cell phones or not? I hate cell phones, but they come in handy in emergencies, I think, they are just another thing to make us rush, rush, rush. I do not need any hurries in my life.

Joshua is with my dad today, he spent the night last night. Karl and I watched “Monk” and “Psych” last night and I played with Mandy.
I am a little tired, it was not a crazy week, but it seemed a little long to me. I am glad the weekend is here. I am just going to rest and take it easy today.
My class is going well and I am still enjoying it. I had an assignment to do in observing my kids at the pre-school. It was easy, and it is finished and ready to turn in.
I believe it is supposed to be a little warmer today. I hope so, we have been in the deep freeze lately. Have a nice day and I will visit soon!!

Karl, Joshua and I had fun playing Joshua’s computer games yesterday and I was also able to make it to my appointment for my TB Tine test. I go back Thursday to have it read. The roads were dry when we went out for the appointment.
I was so sad when we watched the news and learned of Heath Ledger’s death. He was so young at 28 years old. I really liked him as an actor. I believe the first movie I saw with him was “10 Things I Hate About You”. I love that movie. It is such a shame. They said it was drug related.
Well, we go back to work and school today. I also have my college class tonight. Enjoy the rest of the week!!

We had some ice last night, so schools are canceled today. Karl said all of the schools around here are canceled, even the ones that usually do not cancel. There is not a thick layer of ice, just enough to make everything really dangerous. It will melt quickly and we should be able to go back tomorrow. Karl is home too. I am hoping the ice melts, I need to go and get a TB Tine test this afternoon for the class I am taking. The class is called Cognitive Development and we have to work with kids for the class. I will be using the pre-school. I am on my way to visit blogs!! Have a great day!!

It is Martin Luther King Jr. Day, but I have to go back to work. The district I work for never takes off for MLK Day. I think we discussed it a couple of years ago on here, I asked everyone if they were off. Most were except for a few. Joshua is out, so he will be going to Karl’s mom’s house. We will be doing little MLK projects today at the pre-school..I draw a “I Have A Dream” bubble on a piece of white construction paper and I ask the kids what is their dream and then I write it in their bubble, and I am sure several of the kids will be absent. I did not get much of anything done yesterday, it was just a day to relax and stay warm. I did get Mandy’s bath done though, so she is all clean. My dad brought Joshua home around 7PM and we visited for a while.
Today we are going to church and then I have to clean house, do laundry and get my clothes ready for the week. It is going to be a cold week I think. Have a nice day!!
