It was a busy weekend. We went to Oklahoma on Friday and picked up furniture from my Granie and Papa’s house. We got my papa’s bedroom furniture, it is really pretty,. I got it all set up yesterday. We also got my Granie’s refrigerator and dryer. I got Granie and Papa’s car last weekend. It is an ‘02 Toyota Camry and it is really nice. It is white and drives really well. I have the house decorated for Christmas, it is clean and my laundry is done. I can rest today and then tomorrow I go back to work and school. We have 3 weeks and we will be out for Christmas. I am ready. I am tired. This was a nice break, but busy. I am hoping Christmas will be more relaxing.
Mandy is doing better. She does not like to take her medicine. If you would like to know what is wrong with her, I posted in the entry below.

Happy Thanksgiving!! I took Mandy to the vet the other day. She had blood in her urine. Well, they did a urinalysis and she has crystals in her urine, the vet said it was the precursor to stones. He wants us to change her diet. He is having us feed her some special food for a few days and she is on an anti-biotic and an anti-inflamatory pill. I am so glad it is not a big deal. I just need to research and find her another good food to eat. If you have any suggestions, please let me know. We have been feeding her Canidae. Canidae is an all natural food, but they just changed their formula, so we are wondering if that is why Mandy got sick. Anyway, I would love to hear your suggestions.
I finished my Final Project that I have been working on these past two weeks. I actually have 3 Final Projects that I have to turn in. They are all portfolios and huge projects. I have two completely finished and only a small section on the last one to complete, but it is not due for a while.
I did laundry yesterday and worked on that project. I am going to enjoy Thanksgiving today…no homework!! I think we are going to do a little shopping too. Karl and I will be preparing Thanksgiving dinner. It will just be the three of us this year. My mom and dad are at my Granie’s house packing things up. Karl and I will be going to Oklahoma on Friday to pick up the things Granie left for me in her Will. That should pretty much empty out the house for the most part. My cousin’s and Uncle got their things a few weeks ago.

I am on Thanksgiving Break now. I am getting my Final Projects close to being finished, I am hoping to get another one done this week while I am home. Then I will just have one last section to complete and I will be finished. I have about 3 weeks of classes left. I am so ready to be done with these classes. It has been a very stressful semester for me. I do not have night class tonight, so that is great!! Anyway, for my break, I will be working on my projects and we will be going to Oklahoma to pick up some furniture that my Granie left for me. I think I am the last one to pick up stuff. I haven’t had a chance to get down there. I was also able to buy my Granie’s car. It is an ‘02 Toyota Camry. It is white and drives great. I love it. It has less than 14,000 miles on it.
I have to take Mandy to the vet today. I think she has a urnary tract or bladder infection. She had blood in her urine and I just want to have it cheked out. I hope it is no big deal, I can not handle anything bad right now.

I am so busy. I have been working, going to school and doing my practicum. My practicum is almost over, next week will be my last week and that will ease up my schedule a little bit. I say that, but I am working on projects that will be due for Finals and those are quite involved and take a lot of time to put together. I am trying to do a little at a time.
It is almost Thanksgiving break, but we will have to go to Oklahoma and pick up some things from my Granie’s house over that break. That is why I am trying to get as much done with Final Projects done now. I will not be able to work on them much over my break.
I also have a cold, so I am not feeling very well. I am just thankful I have been healthy this long, the kids at the pre-school have been sick for several weeks now on and off. I slept in this morning. I need rest more than anything.
Today I need to work on my projects for Finals and also I need to send off a book order (the money) for the pre-school. I also need to study some for a quiz that we will be having on Monday night. My classes are over December 15th or so. I will be so glad. There is just too much going on for me this semester.

Today we are going to church and then I need to do laundry. I have my homework finished and the house has been cleaned. I just need to get the laundry done and I can relax.
I am going to an Autism conference this week. It is on Monday and Tuesday. It is called Early Intervention for Young Children with Autism. I think it will be very good. I will be at that from 9AM-3:30PM, then I will go eat somewhere afterwards and I have my night classes 5:30-8:20PM those same nights. Those will make for long days for me, but it will be fine. This semester has been something else. I am glad it is almost over. I did register for Spring classes and I am only taking one class, it has no practicum, so my life should be a little less stressful. I am sure the class will be tough, but hopefully my schedule will not be crazy like it has been this semester.
Well, I better get to church. I will come by and visit today since I have some time. I am thinking my schedule will be busy with Final projects for school in the following weeks ahead. Have a great day!!

Oh boy!! What a fast week. I was so busy. Just with normal stuff, classes, work and homework. I have also been talking a lot to my cousin on the phone in the evening, so the time flies by and the week has gone fast. We got a new student too at the pre-school, so we had that going on. We also had Parent/Teacher conferences on Thursday, so you see why the week went by so fast.
Josh was a pirate for Halloween. He was super cute. Josh and I both went to the dentist on Wednesday, we didn’t have any cavities, so that was a good thing. Glad we went before Halloween…hee, hee.
I have some Autism conferences next week on Monday and Tuesday, so I will not be at the pre-school until Wednesday, but I will have to stay in Springfield those days because I have classes those nights. I am going to have to get up really early to vote for President on Tuesday because when I get back home the polls will be closed.
I put away my Halloween stuff last night, and Karl will take down our Halloween arch tomorrow that is outside. I decorated the inside of the house for Thanksgiving. The pre-school is decorated for Thanksgiving too. It will seriously be no time and it will be Christmas.
Josh did not have school Friday, so he came to the pre-school with me. I love it when he is there and he likes it too. It was fun and I got a ton of work done.
I hope to be able to visit this weekend, but I make no promises. I have a paper to write for my Monday night class. I also want to mow the lawn, it looks awful and I do not think Karl wants to mow anymore, but it really looks bad. Have a nice weekend and Happy November 1st!!! I also got registered for classes for Spring, I am only taking one class!! Yay!! It is foundations of reading instruction, it sounds kind of hard. Let’s hope not. It will be on Monday night.
