I do not know what even happened to this week. Josh stayed the night with my parents on Sunday night and I went down to visit on Monday and brought him home. We did not do much of anything on Tuesday and Wednesday except watch baseball games on tv (St. Louis Cardinals). It rained Thursday, so Karl could not work. We went shopping at Sam’s. Today I downloaded some games for Josh on his computer for his birthday. He is playing those now. It is not his birthday just yet, but it is Tuesday and I want him to get to play his games some before we leave for vacation next Saturday. You can see the Dates to Remember over in the right column to see when we are leaving and when we will be back. You will also notice I start back to work right away when we get back. I am going to be so tired. Later today we are going shopping for some things we need for our trip. Then Sunday Josh is going to stay the night with my parents again. Tuesday is his birthday so we plan to take him out to dinner. I will try to post more next week. Have a nice weekend.

I am a horrible blogger. Ok, so Mandy was fine last Sunday. She drank some water and about an hour later she ate her food and has been fine since then.
Josh had a good time on his camping trip. I guess he caught 2 fish, so that was pretty exciting. He was really tired when he got home. We rested Monday and Tuesday and the weather was cool and rainy. Then on Wednesday I took Josh to his tutoring at Sylvan and we returned his library books. We also did some grocery shopping.
Josh and I went swimming on Thursday. We went to the Branson Rec Plex http://www.bransonparksandrecreation.com/ and he had fun swimming. I was mostly just wanting to try to get some sun. I do not want to burn when we get to Alabama and have to stay in out of the sun. I either need to go swimming a few more times or go to the tanning bed down the road. I got a good tan yesterday, but it has been two years since I have been in the sun and I was pastey white and I am still pretty white. I do tan though, I just need some more time in the sun. Josh stayed the night with his cousin and tonight they are going to the Titanic museum in Branson. http://www.titanicbranson.com/ My MIL and FIL are taking people from their church and the grandkids of course on this trip. I did not do much last week but relax. I am trying to enjoy it, because I know once school starts again I will be so busy. Josh has Sylvan on Wednesday’s, so I took him to that. I also got a haircut the same day. It is much better. My hair was getting so long, my bangs were in my eyes. Then Josh went camping on Thursday evening with one of Karl’s sisters (Karla) and her family (Keith & Keifer). Josh is having a ball. They have an RV, it is huge and they are at this ranch camping. There is a swimming pool, so I know they have done that and Josh has been fishing and caught a fish. He will be coming home tonight sometime. I will post more later about camping once I get to hear more about it. Karl and I went out to eat Friday night and we have just been resting. Mandy was sick this morning…we had a mess all over the floor. That is all I will say. Mandy was hiding under the bed. Poor baby. She did not get in trouble for being sick. We stayed home from church to make sure she is ok because she didn’t want to eat her food earlier this morning. She seems better now and has since eaten. I need to clean house today and I plan to do laundry tomorrow. Have a wonderful day!!

I thought I would be more inspired to want to blog, but I have not been. I just want to rest. Today I have been doing laundry and trying to clean house. We will be watching the All-Star game tomorrow night and the Homerun Derby is tonight. It is in St. Louis this year.
I got my grades for my summer classes and they were good, so I can relax about that.
There is not much going on here today, it is quiet, the way I like it. Karl is at the dentist, he should be home soon. Have a nice week!!

Well, my summer classes are over. They were a lot of fun. I like those classes where you have so much fun you hate to see it end, but I do want to have some time to relax too.
Josh and I had a lot of running around to do yesterday. We had to go back to the university to pick up my portfolio, which for one of the classes was the final. The other teacher will not post our final grades and I know she has them graded. I am so impatient. Anyway, we also had to go to the library. We had to do book talks on multi-cultural books in my class, so I wanted to take that book back to the library and Josh had finished some of the books he is reading, so we returned those and we also had to go to Wal~Mart and to the pharmacy.
I hear thunder outside my house this morning and I really hope it rains. It has been so dry here. There is no rain yet, just thunder, It is close.
I do not have any plans today. I am just going to rest. Have a great Friday!!
